Me and my cuppa

Me and my cuppa

This is me, I'm Nina, and I believe that pretty much everything is better with a cup of tea. I have been practicing intuitive counseling since 2008, certified in cognitive hypnosis in 2012, and as a Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach in 2021. I am passionate to the point of unbearable geekdom about learning all I can about what it means to be human, and about what works to bring us back to ourselves and each other. On my way I have gathered powerful modalities, including Byron Katie’s The Work, Internal Family Systems Therapy (currently in training), and powerful methods of guided meditation. Everywhere I look, from ancient traditions to modern, data-driven discoveries I am reminded that our sense of disconnection, separateness, and loneliness are illusions that keep us from our innate wholeness and connectedness with ourselves, each other, and our planet. How freaking cool is that? I am also the wife of a cute Dutch man and the mother of our three boys. I love stories and ideas: reading them, writing them, hearing them, and then doing all of that in 3 other languages too. I also love to cook (and eat!), garden, wander wide-eyed in nature, travel, and laugh, dance, and sing as much as I can. I love this work, and I am so happy to be in practice here in Eugene as well as online with my clients, well, almost anywhere. I look forward to meeting you!
